Availability & Booking Advice
- A deposit of £25 is required to secure a booking, this is non-refundable and non–transferable
- One night stays – full fees payable at the time of booking.
- Bank Holidays – full fees payable at the time of booking. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Full payment for your stay is required on your arrival. This can be made with cash only, we do not have facilities to take card payment.
- No refunds will be given.
- Arrival time is from 12 noon to 6pm. Arrivals earlier than 12 noon are by prior arrangement only. If you are unable to arrive by 6pm please telephone us to confirm that you are on your way. We will otherwise re-book the pitch if we can.
- Dogs are welcome at Mile Bank Farm provided they are kept on a short lead and do not cause a nuisance by their behaviour. All dog foul must be cleaned up and placed in the bins provided.
- No commercial vehicles are allowed on the park.
- A maximum of one car per pitch is allowed. Other vehicles may be parked free of charge in the visitor parking area at the site entrance.
- Daily Departure by 11 am please unless by prior arrangement.
